The Board of Directors met Feb 11 for our monthly meeting, and here are the highlights:
- We’re working with an architect to get a design approved by the town.
- We discussed communications strategy & marketing materials- membership, volunteers, fundraising.
- The Co-op will join the Climbing Wall Association to access insurance and other development resources.
- One of our newest Board members is gathering info to update our budget and business plan as we learn more info about the lease, the design, and contractor estimates.
- We’ve got a team working on volunteer recruitment.
