Annual Meeting Recap

On December 10th we held our Annual Meeting for all members, which included some exciting updates.

Check out the meeting presentation here: Annual Meeting Presentation

Catch up on our December and all of our 2025 Board Meeting Minutes here.

The big news:  we are in lease negotiations for a facility!

While it’s too early to say definitively what exactly the spot will entail, here are some definites:

  • Located in Conway near the intersection of routes 302 and 113
  • The building was part of a lumber mill facility. The shell is being retrofitted and spiffed up for use by something other than timber processing.
  • The owner is keen to welcome a community based organization to the property.
  • The total square footage will allow for two phases of buildout:
    • Phase One will include bouldering terrain, a systems wall, and some hangout space.
    • Phase Two will make room for workout equipment, hangout space, perhaps a small studio for yoga, etc.
  • Timeline: 1 year to Phase One.

We are super excited about this opportunity, but there’s one more thing we need to make it a reality…

We need your help!

This is a call to action to our community for help with getting this from idea to reality. The current Board cannot do this alone, and we are calling on you to help. Here’s how:

    • Must commit to attending monthly and occasional special meetings

    • No previous board experience necessary
