Annual Meeting

We look forward to seeing you at our annual meeting for members and anyone interested in realizing our goal of a climbing gym in the region.
We have some exciting news to share, so please join us!

Wednesday December 10th, 6pm.
This year, the meeting will be cheesy! Our friends at Cheese Louise have offered their space for us, so arrive early to grab an amazing sandwich.

The Board of Directors will present some recent actions and a number of administrative updates, including:
– Location, location, location! We’re in the early phase of securing a great space
– Pitch in! A call for community participation
– Report on our recent inventory of physical assets
– Annual financial report
– Elections for Board members whose terms are expiring
– All members or interested parties are welcome to attend. A remote attendance link is below.
