What’s going on at the Co-op? The board of directors met on April 14, and here’s the update:
- We need to find a new storage home for our pads, holds, wall panels, shoes, and other miscellaneous climbing gym supplies as the building that currently houses them is going to be sold. A few board members visited a potential storage space that will likely work.
- We got updates on some admin upkeep: the Co-op 2025 tax submission, a Co-op admin calendar, and the Co-op volunteer and potential space contact lists.
- We discussed several ongoing potential gym space opportunities plus a few new ones.
- We committed to initiating an ongoing relationship with a realtor in our hunt for a space.
- We don’t yet have a gym, but we still want to gather as a community! At our May meeting, we’ll nail down details for our public summer Co-op events. Stay tuned.
