Autumn Update from the Co-op
Under Construction!
Our site at Stoney Brook Sawyers (formerly Homegrown Lumber) is a work in progress. The property owner is working on other building & property improvements. We’ve collaborated with an architect to develop building plans & drawings. Now we’re in the process of collaborating with the property owner to get building and septic approvals from the state and town. Once approved, we’ll be able to finalize estimates and funding plans. But we won’t be able to turn this vision into a reality without more volunteer help! If you can contribute the following skill sets, please join our volunteer list:
- Non-profit administrators with experience in fundraising and organizing volunteers
- Communications and marketing professionals with graphic design, social media, web, and email marketing
- Engineering, construction of all sorts, project management, and general labor
