Annual Meeting: Save the Date!
Wednesday, Dec 10 @ 6:30pm

We have a date for the Annual Members meeting, location TBD (it will be in North Conway village). The Board of Directors will present the financial report and updates and plans for the future of the Coop. All members or interested parties are welcome to attend. A remote attendance link will be available.

Regular Biz:

Our October collab with the All Outdoors Collective to host a top-rope climbing meetup at the Echo Roof area of Whitehorse Ledge was a success!  Thanks to IMCS and IME, we were able to loan out gear to outfit new climbers, and we all enjoyed some sun and fall foliage.

We also co-hosted a coffee & breakfast event at the base of Cathedral with Savage Mountain Gear earlier this month- lots of people came out for pancakes, coffee, and community!  Huge shout out to Bagels Plus for the coffee donation.

The Co-op Board of Directors met for our monthly meeting on Oct 8, 2025. Full meeting minutes can be found here. Highlights include:

  • With the departure of several Board members, we are actively looking to grow our Board and also our volunteer base in general. But before we do that we’re…
  • Considering ways to best leverage the community to act quickly on opportunities. While the Board is the core administrative presence, tasks and functions can be alloted to non-Board members, especially during the build-out process to prepare a location for opening.
  • There was further discussion of potential spaces.
  • A decision was made not to pursue a location in Glen due to limitations of the physical space and lack of customization options.
  • The Conway space is becoming more attractive the more we discuss. Steps will be taken to formalize the relationship with land owner and proceed with further assessments.

Our next Board of Directors meeting will be November 12. Meetings take place at 6:30pm upstairs at IME. Public welcome!
